Q. Once I've placed my order, how long will it take before I am able to use the Air-Select design library?
A. When your online subscription order is placed using a company issued purchase order, you will have access to the Air-Select Design Library within 24-48 hours. If you do not use a purchase order, we will send an invoice to you via fax or email. Once your payment has been received, you will have access to the Air-Select Design Library within 24-48 hours.
Q. How do I access the design library?
A. Simply click on the Air-Select Design Library menu item from any page of the website and sign in using the login and password provided to you.
Q. As new interior airframes are added to the Air-Select interior design library, will they be available to existing subscribers?
A. Yes. As the Aero Design Center site is updated and expanded, your Air-Select interior library will be updated at no additional charge. Initial plans are for 26 interior airframes (see air-select design library).
Q. Will I be charged a fee for each user within my company?
A. No. As subscribers you and other non-third party individuals under your direct supervision and control are authorized to use the product (see terms of use).
Q. What other services do you offer?
A. Our Virtual Design Session allows you and your customer to create designs together in real time from separate locations. Need a high resolution 3-D interior or exterior image?
